We're delighted to see Bethany of Arched Eyebrow in the cute Bathing Beauty necklace from our shop. And aren't those trousers cool, too? The necklace is handmade from by a lovely lady called Lucie in Suffolk. She uses a mixture of paper and handcut wood in her pieces, which are all made from upcycled or sustainably sourced materials, and carefully handfinishes each piece.

Feature :: 91 Magazine

Have you read the latest Issue of 91 Magazine? It came out on the 1st of June, just in time for some bank holiday reading. I eagerly read it on my phone (yes, phone! crazy, right?!) whilst on an early morning train journey on Saturday morning and it passed the time in the prettiest way.

Did the paper pom poms on the front cover look a little familiar? Well, they're from our Studio! We were delighted to be featured in 91 Magazine, and you can see a lovely piece featuring our craft parties on p.63. We had a great time stitching away all afternoon with some lovely crafters and 91 Magazine's Bonny and James. A nice little mention

We had a nice surprise this morning when we received an email telling us we'd been mentioned in Issue 13 of the Mollie Makes Magazine. The very talented Nancy Straughan has been featured so be sure to pick up a copy and take a look when the magazine is released tomorrow. I'm a big fan of Nancy's clean, fresh style and use of soft geometrics. If you're in to sewing take a look at Nancy's shop - those linens are beauts! If you like what you see on the magazine you can sign up for a subscription here. The front cover on the sampler is the one that Adam and I were featured in! 

Nancy is one of our tutors at the Studio and it was great to get a little mention. Nancy will be teaching a printing class in the Studio on Saturday 19th May. It'll be lots of fun! Take a peek at photos from a previous class and email us to book your own printing party.

A big thank you!

We've been overwhelmed by all the friendly support that's come our way this week from creatives, designers, bloggers and magazines. It's heartwarming stuff, especially in these once again chilly climes, to see all the love that's been coming our way this week with people spreading word about our upcoming careers event - the Illustration and Design Forum.
